Life takes a toll on our bodies, from working hard, training as an athlete, being a parent or having a disability, you may find yourself in some pain or discomfort. After a through assessment, we can make a plan on how to move forward, from treatment, programming or referral. Everyone is unique and that is my approach!
From the assessment, we can decide how to move forward. Massage to release tension, relax you or promote healing. Your treatment plan will be specific to your needs and wants.
The treatment doesn't stop as soon as you leave clinic! A program can be designed around your needs to strengthen, reduce pain or gain muscle. This can be home, pool or gym specific. All depending on your assessment!
